Term Break

       

It's finally the term break! Apart from the frequent visits to the library and the never ending pile of assignments, i finally got a chance to meet up with my favourite girls! Anissa took a flight back from Australia during her term break and the 3 of us met up for an impromptu brunch at the Symmetry Cafe - great food and even greater company! 

Also, Anissa and I made spontaneous plans to buy vintage spectacles frames from the store not far from the café. I purchased a silver full-framed, aviator-like glasses while she purchased a bamboo-fibre full-framed spectacles. It's absolutely ridiculous, but I love it! Can't wait to look like my grandmother!

Pineapples?

Chancing upon the Moschino Cheap & Chic Spring 2013 collection several days ago, I vaguely remember thinking to myself: "Pineapples? What a peculiar fad!" Then again, several days later when i caught a glimpse of the printed merchandises on display in a H&M sale, I snagged one  the last few pieces of the pineapple printed skirt almost immediately.

It was too, a coincidence that the Penny board i purchased from a friend was in a similar shade to the skirt i got off the sale at H&M. Luck? I think yes!

Soaking in the sun

Impromptu decision to head to the pool after school on Monday. Soaking up the sun with great company and a DSLR. Absolutely rejuvenating indeed!

First attempt at (heavily) overlaying bokeh shots i took from the car ride home after the weekly family dinner. (Let's also assume that i've never worn this pants in the last entry.) It had been a busy week, and it is only going to get busier! School isn't doing my sleeping schedules any good. On that note, i should tuck in now!

Its official - Polyvore has substituted my craze for Tumblr. It has been the most visited page according to my Macbook and it should stick around for the next couple of months until i get hooked onto a new social media platform.

Also, exams are in a mere 2 weeks, it's probably wiser to start studying.
